This forum was created for teams from the Philippines and other SAGE country networks to interact with each other. To start, please introduce yourself and where you come from. Do tell us about your project and let's start talking about how we can help each other.
The following rules do apply:
1. Stay in Topic
If there's a need to have another thread on a new topic, just contact the moderator: info@sagephilippines.org.
2. No Spamming, Flamming, or Profanities allowed All such members will be taken care of (read: banned) immediately.
3. As much as possible, please avoid posting your address and phone numbers here in the boards It's great to be making friends especially with teams from another country. (A plus for your Global Dimension criterion by the way!) But if you need to personally contact one of the teams please contact the moderator first and don't post your contact details on the forum threads.
4. No advertising of other forum sites and no soliciting Advertisements will be deleted without warning. Non-offensive homepages are ok, depending on the situation. Please ask for permision first before posting.

Greetings all Phillippines Sage team and mentor,
My name is Ian Wallace, and I am a member in one of the many sage teams in California, United States called Students Helping Advanced Technology in Oakland (SHATO). Since 2006, SHATO was established by a group of students who are committed to help our community in promoting technology by building and selling computers, teaching computer literacy, and doing various environmental and social projects. For more refrerence about SHATO and who we are, we have a website http://www.shato.webs.com.
So far, we want to expand our horizons by helping not just our community but helping the world. We want to help Phillipines Sage teams in any means, preferably technology, so we can show ourselves that we, as students, can offer a hand to the world.
My email is Ianforce707@gmail.com or my assistant, Gerardo Ochoa, gerardo.ochoa1@gmail.com.
We are very glad to find this forums and we really want to offer a hand with SAGE teams in Phillipines.
Sincerely,
Ian Wallace

Hello Ian!
Thanks very much for finding us and getting in touch with us. We're still in the process of gathering our SAGE teams together to join the forums. The national competition will be in June. I'll make sure that they get in touch with you. I'm sure they will take advantage of this opportunity to form alliances with your SAGE team.
Keep up the good work.
Tess
